Eliot & Benjamin

Eliot "graduated" from his 3 year old class this week. I think it is kind of laughable to graduate from one preschool class to the next. But it was an important rites of passage for Eliot as it helps him say goodbye to a teacher he adores. This rocker outfit he wore in a song performance that was awesome! Imagine 15 3 year olds dressed like this. I cried I was laughing so hard. This is Eliot's best friend at school. She has informed her mom that the two of them were married. When I asked Eliot about it, he said "mommy, we're just friends." Where did my 3 year olds learn this phrase? Yesterday Benjamin and I went to the museum to see Sid the Science Kid. I adore the way Ben says Sid's full name. He got a press on tattoo that he is SO proud of. This is the way he greets everyone now, stranger or friend. His arm stretched out so they can see it. When we went to store after the museum our cashier happened to have a lot of tattoos. It was like Ben was recognizing that people have tattoos for the first time in his life. He was super excited to show the man his tattoo and compare. The extremely generous man played right into Ben's enthusiasm.
