More River Rock Throwing

We have about 3/4 of a mile to walk from our car to the riverbank. So it was ambitious that Eliot decided to start collecting big rocks at the trailhead. He thought he could get us to carry him, but we insisted that he had to carry the rocks. He was upset (if you can't see his face, he's pretty bitter), but this did not deter him from collecting more large rocks - his pockets are full. When we got to the river, Eliot found a stray fishing line with hook and plastic worm still attached. Jared connected it to a stick and Eliot thrilled went fishing. He waited and waited patiently for his fish. As a good fisherman now, he already started in on trying to explain why the fish weren't biting. It was pretty funny. Ben is soaking up the sun (carefully as he burns far too easy - it's a little scary). And I just love photos of Jared walking with the boys.
