Creative Problem Solving

My Internet is struggling today. I had lots to post, but I may only get one out. Here are some photos from today. My kids' creative problem solving made my day. This week we had all of this hype about a new storm. People were freaked out - understandable with 73 inches so far in just 3 storms. But it was all talk. Schools closed yesterday when it was too warm for snow to even stick on the ground. Overnight about 4 inches fell. Eliot was thoroughly disappointed as he had a new sled he wanted to try out. It was windy and icy, so I tried to talk the boys into staying indoors. I reminded them that the wind would get in their eyes - something they both dislike. A few minutes later they arrived with their solution to the wind-in-the-eye issue. How could I possibly resist this? So we played in the pathetic 4 inches of snow most of the morning.

Comments:
Eliot could have come up to help me shovel. I was out there for 3 hrs today (and I shoveled twice yesterday)!
